No, you will not get a W-2 for workmans compensation. it is not taxable and does not get entered on your tax return.

It can be recorded as nontaxable income in the Sales tax deduction section if you itemize.

What if I don’t itemize? I was paid my regular wages (used my accrued sick time).

my employer is going to be reimbursed by Worker Comp. My attorney says that can deduct that from my taxable income. How do I do that?

If the workmen's comp was included as part of your wages, you can exclude it by using the steps in this link.
