I am a graduate student living and working in Kentucky. I have a Missouri driver's license (where I am originally from) and worked in Missouri over the summer, but spend the rest of my time in KY. Where should I claim residency?

Residency is "tricky" Drivers license alone doesn't determine that. Intent is the most important element. If you are in KY for the purpose of going to school and still have a permanent address in MO, you are still a MO resident, even if living off campus. The fact that you have a job in KY is only incidental. That fact that you spent the summer (school break) in MO is a strong indication that you are still a MO resident
