      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;We are very sorry for your loss.&amp;nbsp; Yes&lt;/B&gt;, when you file his return, you will be asked to complete a  Form 1310,Statement of Person Claiming&amp;nbsp; Refund Due a Deceased Taxpayer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TurboTax will ask whether the taxpayer died during the year and then ask for the date of death.&amp;nbsp; All income received prior to death should be included on his final return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Information is included here to help you through the process.&amp;nbsp; If he had Federal withholding you will want to file for a refund.&amp;nbsp; Check your state filing requirements to see if you should file that as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
