It is not available yet. I tried updating and there are no available updates. Called TT and they said they did not know when it will be available. Not included yet in any update.

It is available. The update was downloaded on 02/12/2020 and the Form 8606 was updated and available for filing.

If your software did not get the update, try again. If still not available on your PC then try a manual update.

It was definitely updated. Make sure you go back throwing the income section however and “refresh” as needed. If you had already paid and were expecting it to automatically submit after the form became available, that is not the case (although it probably should be — this is still a hassle).
