How do I do this.

You have to pay the TurboTax account fees before the return can be printed. Or you have to register the Free edition before the return can be printed.

To pay the TurboTax online account fees by credit card, without completing the 2019 return at this time, click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. On the next page, to pay by credit card, click Pay Now. The next screen will show a review of your Fees, click on Continue. Complete the next screen to pay by credit card and click Continue.

Only the IRS and your State control when and if a Federal or State tax refund is Approved and Issued.

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.

If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If accepted by the state use this TurboTax support FAQ to check the state tax refund status - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.

estoy tratando de hacer mis impuestos desde hace 2 semanas y presente problemas con la pagina me logre comunicar con unas personas el martes pasado y me pidieron 2 días para actualizarme el caso es [social security number removed] sigo presentando el mismo problema y no consigo un numero de telephone para llamar y ser atendido por alguna personal de ustedes

Unfortunately, TurboTax does not have a customer service line for Spanish speakers, however, when you contact TurboTax Customer Support you can request someone who speaks Spanish. Please see What is the TurboTax phone number? and select your software to get you to the right person.

I accept Credit Cards at my business. I have to pay a service fee. Where do I deduct the amount in Turbo Tax Business?

This would be a business expense reported under other expenses. You can name it Credit Card Fees.
