You can fix it, you either need to log in online to the IRS website (just make sure you have personal info handy and a credit card) or request your transcripts on the IRS website via mail (which takes 5-10 business days). If you log in to Turbotax and see that it's rejected, just resubmit when you have your AGI. If it's accepted, great- nothing further you need to do, just wait for the IRS.
