My download area only had really old downloads. After several iterations of communicating with support they figured out how to switch my view to this year's download and some of last years state taxes. I am not sure what the problem was but it is now working for me. I suggest you contact them and supply a screen shot of you download area. I ended up using the twitter support interface.
