Removing the consent payment form

Hello,

I was going to use my fedral refund to pay for the fees and I signed the consent then I changed my mind and I paid for the fees using my debit card. now when I print my return before filing, I still see the consent form which has a box at the end saying " authorize Intuit, the maker of TurboTax, to use the information provided in this 2019 return to determine whether a portion of the refund can be used to pay my fees and to" .
My question is: how can I remove this page from my return?

Here's how to remove refund processing fees and change your payment method before you e-file:

Sign in to your account and open or continue your return.
Select File in the left menu and proceed to the Just...more step screen.
On this screen, select the first Revisit link (next to You've chosen to deduct your TurboTax fees from your federal refund).
Select View Payment Options on the next screen and select Pay with credit card on the screen after that.
Complete payment by entering your credit or debit card information.
Continue to the Just...more step screen to make sure the Pay With My Refund has been removed. Step 1 should now show that you paid with your credit or debit card.

Thanks for your response but, I followed your steps and paid the filing fees using my debit card however, the consent form still shows up when I print my return.

Here is the general instructions for removing forms from TurboTax. The first instruction was to make sure you are not charged twice.

Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.
