I'm a MD resident and work in PA. My W2 form box 15 says MD. When I go through the PA state return, TurboTax is showing that my PA taxable income is 0 and I owe 0. Is this correct?

PA & MD have a reciprocal agreement ... so you ONLY have to file a MD return ... delete the unneeded PA return.

I am afraid that no, that I wrong. If you work in the state of Pennsylvania, but live in Maryland - Pennsylvania still requires that you pay income tax that you earned while you worked in Pennsylvania.

"Critter" is correct, and I was wrong. Maryland and Pennsylvania have reciprocal agreements. File only a Maryland state return. Pennsylvania will not tax your income made in Pennsylvania.
