What says that? The IRS "Where's My Refund" tool?

Did you efile, and if you efiled recently, has your Federal return been accepted for at least 24 hours? If you used Online TurboTax, you can log in and look at the Tax Home to see if it was accepted.

When did you try to use the IRS WMR tool? If you recently tried, it's probably down right now for routine maintenance.

The IRS says "the WMR system is not available every Monday from 12:00 am (Midnight) to 3:00 am Eastern Time. "

When the tool is functional again, be sure you are entering correct info--SSN, filing status, and Federal refund amount. Be sure you are using only the Federal refund amount and not a total refund amount that includes a state refund. The amount to use is on your Federal Form 1040, Line 21a.
