I am unable to enter my wife’s NYS ID Document number.

Please try clearing your cache and cookies. Then reboot and log back in.

This did not work! There is still no box to enter my wife’s ID document number.

The Document number box shows up for my ID but then when I go to the next screen to enter my wife's ID there is no box for document number. I had this issue two years ago and TurboTax made an update and fixed it but again this year I am having the same problem.

You are correct there was a problem with that same issue at one point in the past. Here's how to reach Customer Support. Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern), 7 days/week
