Form 8582 does not complete properly in worksheet

I had this issue in 2018 and filed manually because of the error. It appears in 2019 the error continues. For Form 8582 Line 3a states that it should be supported in Worksheet 3, but in TT this is blank?

The IRS form 8582 is to be filed with the related worksheets. How can Line 3a be populated by inputs in TT but the related worksheet is still blank?

Worksheet 5 is blank. Which is correct.

Once again on Form 8582 line 3a says "enter amount from Worksheet 3, column(a)" but TB doesn't compute a number in the worksheet. Although an amount is shown in line 3a.

The amount in line 3(a) should come from one of the following:

I'm not sure why the income is not showing in part three, but if the correct amount is showing on line 3(a), then the form 8582 will provide for the correct the passive loss amount. Part three is just a worksheet that aids in determining the correct amount to appear in part I.

You would have to read the fine print in the instructions to verify this, but often you can skip steps on the forms if certain conditions are met, which are often not specified on the face of the forms.
