Need help restarting refund

Have you already filed? Do not change anything on your federal and state returns if you have already submitted them.

It is ok to change them, but you have to amend the returns so you have a record of what was originally filed.

Tryng to file my taxes or 2019 but 2018 keeps coming up.

You can log in and begin filing your return here TurboTax. You will be lead step-by-step through the filing process. That's how you will be able to start your new 2019 return.
