I verified and entered my Fidelity Username & Password, but turboTax can't connect to Fidelity Investments related to my Bayer Corporation Retirement Account, with Fidelity Investments to download 1099R data. TurboTax says I have to contact Fidelity. I spoke with Fidelity and they say I should work it out through TurboTax. Help. I'm frustrated.

First try to access the retirement account "outside" of TurboTax, and this will tell you that it is available for sure.

If it is, then you can try again the the 1099R Income section in TurboTax, or you can type in the 1099R information as there is not a lot of boxes that need to be input.
