      <description>&lt;P&gt;What return are seeing the $3,700 standard deduction. I'm thinking It is likely a state return and not federal. If you could provide us with additional information, we will look into it and get any anomaly in one of our promotional materials resolved quickly. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same thing here. Federal Standard deduction only $3,700.&amp;nbsp; Married filing jointly.&amp;nbsp; only ssa and pension as income.&amp;nbsp; spouse will be claimed by daughter as dependent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
