I already done my 2019 tax report form, but why I can not throw my credit card payment?

cause I always use the Bank Of America credit card! please double check for me ! Thanks~

Please clarify what you mean by throw your payment? Are you asking about paying a TurboTax fee or about an issue entering information for a refund?

Hello~ I mean when I done my tax report work, and I tryed make payment to Turbo Tax Fee couple time,

but still can't get approve! I call the Bank Of America VISA center, they said bank already approve! so

I don't know why the Turbo Tax sisten can't approve my credit card payment? also I 'v been make tax

report by Turbo Tax couple years , only this time got problem! please help me to figue out it , Thanks.
