State and local tax refund summary

I have entered the amount of my NYS tax refund from last year; the "edit" button takes me to a page where the fields are "Total refund received in 2019" and "Total of all y$3,68s and withholding". Clicking to the next page "Did any of these aply" and selecting "None".

I am unclear as to why the Total refunds on the next page is a higher number than my actual refund of $1,634 received from NYS . What is TurboTax calculating?

Make sure that the amount you entered in "Total Refund Received in 2019" agrees to the refund amount reported on your 2018 New York state tax return. Then review all the questions to make sure they have been answered correctly.

Next, preview your Form 1040 to verify the actual taxable state refund. Please see the steps below:

Log into TurboTax and click on any topic to continue
Click on "Tax Tools" from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen and then click on "Tools"
Click on "View Tax Summary"
Then click on "Preview my 1040" from the menu on the left-hand side
Scroll down to Schedule 1 and review the amount on line 1. This is your taxable state refund.
To return to the program, click on "Back" from the menu on the left-hand side

Hola hice los impuestos en turbotax del año fiscal 2018 este año 2019 todo bien asta ahí ahora quiero hacer los del año fiscal 2019 pero la aplicacion no me da ninguna opción de poder hacer la nueva declaracion que puedo hacer 🤷🏾‍♂️?
