If you are unable to access your IRS account online you should call them and speak to a representative and find out why you cannot. They will be able to let you know if there is an issue on your account, or if they need some additional information from you. You can contact them here: The IRS telephone number is 1-800-829-1040, and they are available from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday thru Friday. The best time to call is early in the morning.

How can i talk to them i put my info n then it hangs up dnt let me talk to nooe this is crazy

Here are some tips when contacting the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 :

First choose your language.
Then do not choose the first choice regarding REFUND, or it will send you to an automated phone line.
Instead, press 2 for personal income tax questions.
Then press 1 for form, tax history, or payment.
Then press 3 for all other questions.
Then press 2 for all other questions to be transferred to an agent

If you need to inquire about a state refund please contact your state Department of Revenue.
