Yes - It needs to have the Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover logo, and you will have to have a USA billing address.

As you start the filing process you come to a screen, Pay with your credit card. Enter your debit card information on this screen and click Pay Now.

I'm trying to pay Turbo Tax filing fee with my debit card. However, I keep getting message: "We are sorry, we are having trouble authorizing your credit card."

You may need to try a different form of payment. We accept different forms of payments. You may need to check with your financial institution regarding your debit card.

Try this and see if this clears the issue for you. Please log completely out of TurboTax. Then, in your browser, please clear your cache and delete your cookies. After this, close completely out of the browser. Re-open everything including logging back into TurboTax.
