      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"&gt;Since taxes are not being taken out of your checks, you may receive a &lt;STRONG&gt;Form 1099-MISC&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;from the insurance company to use to report your income.&amp;nbsp; If you do not receive a Form 1099-MISC&amp;nbsp;for that income, keep your own records and enter the income as cash payments.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11pt"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"&gt;Since taxes are not being taken out, you are being considered an &lt;STRONG&gt;independent contractor.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt; As such, you are considered &lt;STRONG&gt;self-employed in the eyes of the IRS&lt;/STRONG&gt; and your income and expenses must be reported on Schedule C.&amp;nbsp; You are running your own business to provide your services.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
