      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is not a forms issue.&amp;nbsp; Have finished the entire process, successfully finished the review, entered all direct debit info for fed &amp;amp; state balance due, paid by credit card for efile of the state return (VA), &amp;amp; have a credit card receipt for payment (Order No TTDCRTA133465937).&amp;nbsp; After exiting the payment screen to go back to Turbotax &amp;amp; efile, the program takes me to the Turbotax "pay for the state return" page again prompting me to pay again.&amp;nbsp; Can't get past this point.&amp;nbsp; Not the first time I've had this problem.&amp;nbsp; Very frustrating!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
