The order number is a confirmation for your payment of your TurboTax fees. It is used for tracking purposes should you need to reach out to Customer Service with questions concerning your filing.

It did NOT allow me to file and I did NOT order anything. It still gave me an order number and now will NOT allow me to delete my information. Terrible product.

You can follow these steps to delete your tax return entries in TurboTax:

1. Look for the "Tax Tools" option on your left menu bar in TurboTax and click on it

2. Find the "Tools" option and click on it

3. Look for "Clear & Start Over " in the menu of options and click on that option to start your return over
