If your final number is exactly zero (no refund and no tax due), you may not be complete with data entry. In TurboTax Online, click Review in the left-hand menu bar and see if anything is missing.

Did you have W-2 income this year? If so, did you have withholding (Box 2 of your W-2)?

Your refund depends on how much was withheld from your checks during the year.
