Try entering $0.01 and see if it will accept that.

1099-DIV form correct ?...be sure..

IF 14 and 15 are empty...leave box 13 empty too... IF 15 has a zero in it...delete it and leave the whole line for 13,14,15 blank in every field.

The only time you need 13,14,15 entered is if there is some real $$ amount in 15. (some form issuers get over-zealous with entering 0.00 everywhere, when an entry is not needed at all. )
