This issue may be due to your web browser. Clear your web browsers cookies and cache reboot your Mac then open TurboTax to finish your tax return. If this does not resolve the issue post a reply to this thread for help.

I’m trying file my state taxes and the page turns white ( blank) I’m on safari I tried everything restart phone computer iPad same problem. Clear caches everything what to do?
