Are you using the app on your Ipad or are you signed into TurboTax Online? If you are not using the app, it will instruct you to download your W2 as a PDF. Please click How do I take a picture of my W-2 in the mobile app? to learn more.

Yes I have the app . It doesn’t work on iPhone or iPad. I have spoken to 6 different specialists and they can’t figure it out. It just wants me to download as pdf or type it in. I have been using turbo tax for 9 years. Have never had any problems. The last specialist said it was a known problem. I just don’t see why you can’t fix it. The main reason I use the app is to take a picture of my w2.

You could try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
