      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to transmit my returns and keep getting a message that there is an update available.&amp;nbsp; Went to ONLINE and checked for updates and software tells me that it is up to date.&amp;nbsp; Software still will not transmit&lt;/P&gt;</description>
