Is it both Federal and State, and if there's a state return, what state?

This is actually an internal error Turbo Tax is currently investigating:

some have found success changing the payment method and trying again. Not everyone has the same outcome. This is a link to receive email notification once the error has been fixed https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/4177463

It’s nothing you did. Just an internal error. You have the option to print and file by mail if you choose not to wait.

Wow! How helpful! Thanks! I paid for it upfront using Apple Pay. How would I go about changing my payment method if I already paid for TurboTax federal and state?

Did you originally try to pay your fees out of your Federal refund?

Contact Turbo Tax Support for a refund no problem as long as the payment has processed.
