When I imported my W-2 on Turbotax it showed that I had wages and deductions in boxes 18, 19, and 20 but on my paper copy from work it shows all of the boxes are empty and I'm not sure how to proceed

The W-2 may not have imported correctly. You can delete that W-2 and import it again. Or you can edit that W-2 and add any missing entries.

To enter/review/delete your W-2 in TurboTax:

Open your return.
Enter "w2" in the Search box (upper right of the program screen).
Click on "Jump to w2" link.
On Review your W-2 info screen, you can click on Add a W-2, Review or Delete (click on “Trash Can” of the appropriate W-2).
Answer screen prompts.

I removed that W-2 and imported it again and got the same results. Since it is not on my paper copy should I remove it from turbotax website or should I get a hold of someone at work and make sure the copy of my W2 is correct. I just dont want to get penalized if I remove that info and it is actually supposed to be there

The imported version may be an updated copy of your paper W-2. Verify with your employer which version is correct.
