To get your partner discount, be sure to always start on the affiliate partner’s website, such as your bank, credit union, insurance company, or other affiliates like Uber or Lyft. Select the TurboTax link from the partner’s website to access your tax return in TurboTax. Please click the TurboTax Help link, listed below, to learn more.

Turbo Tax fees you are charged will depend on any add-ons you may have selected when completing your return.

If you selected to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, there may be an additional fee for the Refund Processing Service.

You can view a breakdown of your TurboTax charges by signing in to your online return. Once you have signed in and selected to continue your return, select Tools from the My Account drop-down list in the upper right corner. In the pop-up window, select My Fees to get a breakdown of your TurboTax charges.

You can remove any add-ons before you pay by selecting:

• Remove upgrade to Deluxe, Premier, or Home & Business

• Remove MAX

• Remove Refund Processing Service

I have done this exact process SEVERAL times already and nothing has changed. From other responses, it seems as though this is problem you have no solution for.

I filed my taxes on free to file and as I was finishing somehow I got redirected to you free to file sire and ended up getting charged 40 bucks plus like 15 and it would not let me opt out. I've msgs over n over to turbo tax requested refunds with no answer as they did nothing to prepare it. Just forced me to pay like I had no choice and my check wasnt even 200. I desperately needed that money as my son had just been born but months later I can't get you guys to reaping via email or phone. Please help me. You didnt prepare my return I did. All to press a button cost me almost 60 bucks. Jonathan kiker at [email address removed] if someone anyone can msg me to help recover this cash.
