      <title>can't install a state return</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought TurboTax Deluxe Federal 2019 PC (E-Delivery) from Costco by mistake. After I realized it did not include state return, I un-installed it from my computer using Windows 7 native "Uninstall a program". Bought a Home&amp;amp;Business version and installed. It shows that IL has been downloaded, but whenever I try to work on IL state return, it always try to re-download it again, and then a pop-up screen saying "Your software is up to date". then it returns to the original State Return page. I can't go any further on State Return page (looping ...). Both version are e-delivery.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using 64-bit Windows 7 if it matters. Please help.
