I've downloaded turbotax home & business on my Mac, but double clicking on the download, it doesn't install. I drag it to the turbotax pop-up window and try and run from the Applications folder and still no luck. Any help is appreciated.

TT H & B installs, but state download never initializes the installer. says up to date but no state software or forms.

Yes, you should have received notification in November. Was your credit card charged?

I download & installed "w_turbotax_1040_prm_amd_2018.120.0100.exe" intended to amend my 2018 return for tuition and fees deduction extended by Congress in Dec 2019, but the program says "tuition and fees deduction unavailable".

Is this the one program for amending my 2018 return, or can I use the regular 2018 premier version to amend ? Thanks.

Not all of the 2018 extenders are available in the software yet. Use the link below to sign up for notification of their availability, which is estimated for mid-March.

I am trying to download my turbotax on a different laptop because the one I was using wouldn't support the file. When I try to download it this message pops up. This license code has already been associated with an account. Please check that account and look for it in Downloads.

Unless it is otherwise stated, you cannot download a disk version of Turbo Tax on more than one device. This is stated in the licensing agreement and there is no Turbo Tax support since this was purchased from a third-party retailer. Log into www.turbotax.com and complete your return using our online version instead. Also you can download a software product from turbo tax and you can install and activate the same copy of TurboTax on three different computers according to this link published by Turbo Tax. Please select that link for details

I have downloaded turbotax 2019 on the internet and using the disc. but I can't install it. I keep getting the "Can't install - problems with system files" message. I have gone through all the fixes and the help line has been useless.

I am sorry, it appears that there is something in your computer that is not allowing the program to upload properly. TurboTax can only provide a superficial level of support when it involves computer issues.

If you have contacted the live support agents at TurboTax and have not been able to resolve the issue, you will either have to use a different computer or employ the services of an IT person to help you install the program.
