      <description>&lt;P&gt;The question was why are all the lines blank when we try to review before filing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your answer was not in anyway helpful. We are NOT having trouble printing the forms, we just don't want to have a blank form.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please address the question as asked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"WHEN WE REVIEW OUR FORMS OR WHEN WE PRINT THEM OUT, THERE IS NOTHING ON ANY LINE, NOT OUR NAME, NOT OUR SS. NUMBER, NO INCOME, NOTHING AT ALL. THAT IS THE QUESTION. WE KNOW HOW TO RUN OUR PRINTERS"&lt;/P&gt;</description>
