Seems like the program wasn't really ready when we were! TT should give us some filing relief ($) for this!

Per the State forms availability table for TurboTax individual (personal) tax products Form M1NC will be available by the end of the day on February 6th.

Once a form is released by the state, our programmers need to update the form in our system and test the form before they release for you to use. At this time of the year many of the states and the IRS are releasing forms.

At times the state website shows the form is available for mailing but the e-file form is not ready to use.

Turbo Tax is showing this form will be available to Feb 6th. On Feb 7th I talked to one of their "tax experts" who told me it sometimes takes a couple of days.

Ironically, I also called the MN Dept of Revenue and was told this form has been ready for months. And I tried several other tax software programs and had no issues with this form.

I am willing to wait a couple more days to see if TT updates but only because I have been using TT for over 2 decades and hate to change now.

Hopefully TT will get this resolved SOON!

Has this update been applied? I keep receiving the error and cannot file electronically.

That form is now available to print and mail and for e-file.
