      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try&lt;STRONG&gt; logging out, closing out your browser, and coming back in&lt;/STRONG&gt;. If that doesn't work I will recommend you &lt;STRONG&gt;clear your cache and cookies&lt;/STRONG&gt;!&lt;/P&gt;

Soooo much better!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will never use TurboTax again after this experience.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same problem. &amp;nbsp;I am currently waiting 60 minutes to see if "something" frees up the process at Intuit. &amp;nbsp;Tech support was polite, but we ran the the gambit of suggestions with no help or understanding of just want the problem truly is. &amp;nbsp;I've used Turbo Tax for years, but I guess all good things come to an end. &amp;nbsp;We will see in 60.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve tried everything, multiple machines, my smartphone, clearing cookies/cache, customer service and tech support. &amp;nbsp;It’s only happening when I select pay by credit card which makes me think their third party processor is having an issue. &amp;nbsp;Funny, they processed my payment for turbotax with no problem. &amp;nbsp;What’s really frustrating is that Turbotax has been so unhelpful and unforthcoming. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
