We cannot see your screen, your tax return or your account. Tell us why you think your refund should be more. Have you checked every amount you entered? Checked twice? Is ALL of your income entered? Every W-2 on the same tax return?

Earlier is saw a 1,000,00 return then a 500.00 what happened? I think maybe I missed something because I timed out entering my bank account routing number. Then continued the next day.

TurboTax provides a running total on the calculator. It will go up and down as you add information. After you have completed the entire return, you will see the final amount. The change may have been caused by the Credit for Other Dependent.
