To learn how to change your email and telephone number please click the links.

Sign in to your TurboTax Online account.
Select Intuit Account in the lower-left corner.
Click Edit at the right of the Email address line.
Enter your new email address and confirm it.
Enter your password.
Click Save and you’re done.

How can I change my email address with being directed to the Full service chat?
Everytime I login, I’m being directed to the full service. Not being able to have the option to change my profile. If the person close out our full service, it will interfere with me filling. So how can I avoid this matter and change my email address ?
