    <description>&lt;P&gt;1099's for what?&amp;nbsp; you're SE income?.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;the IRS does not require you to have them all to file.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;however, if they differ from your numbers then you will have to amend.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;note, that for 1099-misc, payors do not have to issue ones if the payment is less than $600.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;you still have to report the income.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; for things like 1099s for brokerage accounts it is unwise to file without them.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can't file without them, but you should have gotten them by today. If you still don't have them Monday, call whoever should be sending them to you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it for 1099Misc? &amp;nbsp;If you know the amounts you don't need to get the actual 1099Misc. &amp;nbsp;You can enter self employment income from your own records. &amp;nbsp;And you should be keeping your own good records. &amp;nbsp;Only the total income goes on Schedule C. &amp;nbsp;The individual 1099Misc aren't listed on it.&lt;/P&gt;
