topic Issue with Itin numbers in Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Hi there, I'm on a visa working and last year was my first year filing in the country (filed 2018 tax refund) to do so I had to file along with W7 application for my two daughters under 13yo., this year I put their Itin numbers they got in 2019. For some reason using those numbers filing with turbotax I get only $500 deduction per child, removing those numbers I get a $4000 for both of the children, do I have to apply for new Itin numbers for them? Is it possible that I made a mistake?
