Advanced premium tax credit from Mass connector

I am preparing tax return 2019. I am currently having a health plan through my job.

I also enrolled the mass health connector and I am qualified for the advanced premium tax credit by mass health connector. How could I claim the tax credit?

Am i going to get a document from (such as 1095-A) from mass health connector for tax return?

Yes, if you received Advanced Premium Tax credit you will receive a form 1095-A.

To enter Form 1095-A in TurboTax enter '1095-A' in the search box, then select 'jump to 1095-A'.

I followed this direction, but i am using private health insurance through my job. I could not get the 1095-a form when I login the health connecter website (basically it does not show like that on the website). but I know how much is the The maximum monthly tax credit amount. can i input the info using turbotax mac program?

If you received health insurance from your private employer, you will receive a 1095-C from your private employer. You will not receive a 1095-A from Mass website if you got insurance through a private employer.
