Unfortunately no. The prior year can only be transferred onto a new tax return before any data has been entered.

You can clear your return and start over if you wish to transfer the prior year tax data to the new return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2017 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.
