To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on View adjusted gross income (AGI)

Or go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

If your tax return continues to be rejected with the 2018 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the AGI and e-file again.

If this is also rejected then you will have to print and mail the tax return.

If you prepared in TurboTax Online, here is how to access your prior return:

1. Make sure you’re signed in to your TurboTax account you used last year.

2. Select Tax Home from the left menu.

3. Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents and select 2018.

4. Select View adjusted gross Income (AGI)

Hi. So when I scroll down. All I see is 2019. But I used my 2018 login.

Then you either used the downloaded version last year or you are in the wrong account ...

Try these steps to recover your User ID or password:

Go to our account recovery page.
Enter one of the following:
- Phone number (recommended)
- Email address
- User ID
Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once you’re done, we’ll either send you a code to help you recover your account, or show/send you a list of accounts associated with your info.

If you’re still unable to recover your account, select Try something else on the Account Recovery page. We’ll ask additional questions to verify your identity.
