      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your employer had paid it, it would have been included in your W2. &lt;A href="https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-wd/201622031.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;Employee cash payments for health benefits.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If they were from your health insurance plan through an employer, they will be included in your W2 and there is no need to enter anything.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I have never heard of life insurance paying these benefits. If this does not answer your question, please reply with more information for further help..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
