      <description>&lt;P&gt;As long as you have not already submitted a payment or&amp;nbsp;deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, you can use the &lt;EM&gt;clear and start over feature&lt;/EM&gt; to downgrade to the TurboTax Free Edition. Please see below for more information.&lt;/P&gt;
