2019 Vanguard 1099-R

My 2019 1099-R has been available on Vanguard site for at least a couple of weeks - yet I am unable to import it into TurboTax. TurboTax tells me it will not be available to import until mid February. Why?

Vanguard does have 2019 data on the Vanguard site. But Vanguard has not finished formatting that data for import into tax software yet. So, either key it in by hand if you are in a hurry, or wait for it to be ready for import.
