Yes, TurboTax can file both your federal and state returns electronically.

Related question: A Missouri tax form (Form MO-A) requires 1099 forms to be submitted in certain situations, but TurboTax is telling me that I don't need to submit the 1099s to Missouri if I file electronically. Is that because Missouri participates in the Combined Federal/State Filing (CF/SF) Program? I hope so, otherwise I may need to file my Missouri return by mail. Thank you.
