Where do I find the TurboTax icon once I inserted the disk into the external disk drive for Apple Air?

The last answer above said there will be no icon on desktop. How do I launch Turbotax on Apple Air after inserting disk into external disk drive?

Hi,

After the disk is inserted, it will automatically open on your mac and you can see the disk image icon on your desktop also.(As shown in the screen shot 1).

If you are not able see any of this :

Go to Disk Utility and see if TurboTax is listed under External drives (See screenshot 2)
Right click on TurboTax and select unmount and again click the mount option.See if this brings up the Installation screen

If you are not able to see TurboTax listed in Disk Utility, disconnect and connect the external disk drive and try again
