      <description>&lt;P&gt;TurboTax Premier Got error code 70001 when filing the Georgia State tax. Entered all info and took Visa card. Help line call found charge to card was made. But tax review recycled to check return over in a loop. Sate returned didn't submit. Help line said to go to refund web page. No help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;. &amp;nbsp;This is in reference to case number:&amp;nbsp;[phone number removed]&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Error70001 - Customer Care recommended deleting all previously installed CD versions of TurboTax from prior years. I did the uninstall for 5 previous years. Then I restarted the computer and the error was gone! Thank you Customer Care for taking the time to solve this issue and allowing the returns to process normally.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
