      <description>&lt;P&gt;It means that you will be getting a &lt;STRONG&gt;refund&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your tax return.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;But instead of actually getting the refund, you &lt;EM&gt;can &lt;/EM&gt;tell the IRS to keep the money and apply it to next year's tax return (2020).&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you usually get a refund, you probably don't need to apply it to next year.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
