I've paid for the service, it says one more step but there is nothing to click to move forward

You both may have forms included in your return that have not been finalized yet. The IRS is not accepting e-filed tax returns until Feb 12th. Once you send the tax return, it will move to 'pending' and you won't have access until the IRS takes action next month. So, do not be in a rush to get your tax return submitted early as it can only cause a problem (you can't make changes while its in a pending status) and won't help to get it processed any sooner. @ssonimac

The IRS is still finalizing some of their forms and because states depend on the information in the federal return, they often have a delay in some forms at the beginning of the tax season.

Here is a link where you can see estimates for dates the federal forms will be ready.

For state forms, select the type of TurboTax you are using and your state, to see when forms are expected. The dates may still change and this link will be updated.

It say one more step but it say you’re so close ?a few click left and it say 85%

When completing it, does it show what is left? Also are you filing from the online version or desktop?
